Blanton Distilling Company
Here is an interesting group of photos showing the evolution of a bottle stopper.  The early Blanton's were shipped with the tail extending straight out from the back of the horse and the jockey's head up high.  Then the tail got a little wrinkle in it and the jockey's head got down closer to the horse.  The the tail dropped a little lower.  It is also interesting to note that the name chagned somewhere along the way from Blanton's with an apostrophe "s" to just Blanton, without the apostrophe.  Then it changed back again at a later date.  And, finally, in the last picture, the tail has dropped almost completely to the down position.  A few other interesting things to notice are the width of the horse and jockey in the newer versions compared to the older versions.  Quite different.  Also the space between the horses legs on the first picture was open and on the others it got filled in.   Also the neck label on the first and fourth picture.  Things like this make this hobby very interesting.
